The Opportunity

We're on the lookout for an Account Executive to join our office in downtown Toronto. This role will offer the successful candidate the chance to work in a dynamic and innovative environment with continuous opportunities for growth.

As an Account executive, we'll look to you to utilize your knowledge and skills to build, nurture and grow relationships with hiring executives within Canada’s top five banks. You'll also:

·      Proactively build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create and update demand forecasts for your client base.

·      Create demand by actively marketing candidates to your client base and working with hiring managers to match their needs with available talent.

·      Work to onboard candidates and ensure that the placements you make stick and maximize placement revenue.

What we’re looking for

·      Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in professional sales or business development in recruitment or professional services

·      A consistent track record supporting and growing a sales account base, preferably with a focus on the financial industry

·      You know how to manage a portfolio of clients and maintain excellent rapport

·      You can act as the central point of contact for clients associated with you

·      You will meet regularly with clients to understand their needs

·      Possess the ability to match candidates with client needs and be able to market candidates appropriately

·      Proactively provide market intelligence and advice to clients

·      Prepare candidate submission packages with vetted resumes, screening notes, and additional documentation

 

We'd think you're extra special if you have any of the following:

·      Knowledge and experience with IT recruitment

·      Experience managing client relationships with large financial institutions

·      Experience applying consultative selling approaches and techniques
