The Opportunity 🚀

We're on the lookout for an ambitious, hard-working Technical Recruiter to join our office in downtown Toronto (with the option to work remote). This role will offer the successful candidate the chance to work in a dynamic and innovative environment with continuous opportunities for growth.

As a Technical Recruiter, we'll look to you to utilize your knowledge and skills to build and grow our candidate pool as well as nurture new and existing relationships with our consultants.


Job Overview 📈

  • Proactively seek and recruit qualified candidates for contract and permanent positions

  • Build and manage relationships with candidates, meeting regularly to understand and support their specific needs

  • Champion best practices and processes as they relate to the recruitment life cycle

  • Ensure effective collaboration with internal operations, sales and clients

  • Participate in client intake and update calls, providing market intelligence and advice

  • Research, market and effectively present our services to new and existing clients

  • Own, deliver and continually strive to achieve goals

What you will bring 💡

  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in technology / IT

  • Strong business acumen and decision making skills

  • Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Technology or a related field

  • Proven sales track record

  • Experience managing a portfolio of prospects and maintaining excellent rapport

  • Good creative problem solving skills

  • Good collaboration and teamwork skill

  • Technical proficiency working with applicant tracking systems and CRM systems

  • Legally permitted to work in Canada (citizen/permanent resident/work permit)
