The Talent Incubation Program within Jarvis Consulting Group identifies high potential individuals and develops them into professional technology consultants working with the hottest technologies in some of Canada’s top companies.
 
The Opportunity

We’re looking for someone with the right attitude and aptitude to become a Recruitment Consultant and to source and screen high quality applicants for the Talent Incubation program. This unique program aims to identify and nurture talented individuals and offer them the opportunity to become professional technology consultants working with some of Canada's top companies.

What we’re looking for
Experience and education
  • At least one year of experience in a recruiting focused role
  • Diploma or degree
  • Good creative problem solving skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Technical proficiency working with applicant tracking systems and CRM systems
  • Legally permitted to work in Canada (citizen/permanent resident/work permit)
  • Nice to have: A technology background
