As Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for proactively building and maintaining relationships with clients and hiring managers to understand and fulfill their hiring needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for your clients, maintaining regular touchpoints to understand requirements and address queries
Proactively provide market intelligence, insight, and advice to clients
Prepare and present candidates to clients with detailed profile assessments
Build strong relationships with key executive stakeholders with clients
Identify clients’ business initiatives and articulate how Jarvis’ services can lead to desired business outcomes
Use consultative selling techniques with a focus on client value and return on investment
New business prospecting and development, including scheduling and conducting introductions, in both virtual and face-to-face client settings
Collaborate with peers, including supporting consultants and specialists to develop transformative solutions that fit in the client’s complex environment
Use CRM to manage account activity, pipeline progression and forecasting
What You Bring:
Post-secondary education, preferably in business or similar field
3+ years of relevant experience in professional sales, business development, or consulting
A track record of supporting and growing a sales account base, preferably with a focus on the financial industry
Experience managing a portfolio of clients, maintaining best-in-class rapport
Knowledge and experience with IT sales, consulting, or similar
Experience managing client relationships with financial institutions
Experience applying consultative selling approaches and techniques
An ability to match candidates with client needs
